Account Manager | Full Time, Remote

We are looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the Japanese audience. Therefore, those whose native language is Japanese or those who have passed the N1 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test are eligible.
These skills are essential to providing creative and viral content for the Japanese market.

 
Key Qualifications
  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a proven track record of delivering results with creative campaigns.
  • Project management experience using Asana, Trello, or other similar software.
  • Deep understanding of marketing of products and services in Japan.
  • Experience with client and customer management.
  • Knowledge of best practices for each social media platform.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and indicators. 

  • Must be a native Japanese (or Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 level).
  • English proficiency at everyday conversation level
 
Responsibility
  • Directing project teams spanning multiple disciplines.
  • Project management (including delegation of authority, workload management, and risk management)
  • Regular reporting to clients.
  • Conduct monthly strategy briefings with Hashi Media’s project team to ensure client goals and expectations are met.
  • Preparation of monthly reports showing account performance and key sentiment.

    • Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify potential clients and leads.
    • Initiate contact with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and networking.
    • Manage and optimize website lead forms.
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and challenges.
    • Articulate the agency’s services, capabilities, and unique selling points to prospects.
    • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
    • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and secure new business.
    • Qualify and respond to inbound leads and manage CRM
    • Devise and execute marketing strategies to generate leads

 

  • RELATIONSHIP BUILDING AND COMMUNICATION
    • Provide ongoing updates to clients on campaign progress, results, and new opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and account details in the CRM system.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies, initiatives, and targets.
