Indie developers, Dinosaur Polo Club, launched the Nintendo Switch version of Mini Motorways during a Nintendo Indie Showcase event. The event took place during Golden Week, a national holiday period in Japan, which made contact with Influencers much harder than usual.
Our strategy was to engage existing fans of the game, alongside mid-tier indie Influencers on Twitch and YouTube to deliver high impact live streams around the launch period. Our partners all enjoyed the game immensely because we chose them for their gaming preferences, not just their audience numbers. This resulted in authentic and exciting content.
