Lots of brands in Japan use characters
as a way to give the brand a friendly, more casual tone of voice. Sunny Fruit were perfect candidates to employ some new fruit mascots for their Japanese social media channels.
We spent time brainstorming names, backstories and personality traits, before going ahead with some character designs that resonated with the Japanese audience. Each product line in the Sunny Fruit line-up was assigned it’s own mascot with various poses, suitable to be used across all type of content and campaigns.
